Reliable stack height checks at the line.

StackCheck 100 gives production teams a repeatable way to verify stacked product height without slowing the QC workflow. Operators place the stack, lower the guided measurement flag, and receive an accurate height reading from the dual-laser measurement system.

Product Overview

Built for clear setup, consistent measurement, and simple operation.

A stainless steel benchtop enclosure, removable stack guides, guided measurement flag, touchscreen HMI, and Ethernet data output make StackCheck 100 easy to place into an existing quality-control process.

Operator-facing design

The unit presents the HMI, stack guides, and measurement area in a compact format for straightforward production-floor use.

Repeatable measurement surface

The guided flag provides a consistent reference across the top of the product stack for more repeatable height checks.

Simple operator readout

The touchscreen interface supports everyday measurement, zeroing, unit selection, calibration, and laser configuration.

How it works

Designed around a short, repeatable QC workflow.

StackCheck 100 keeps the measurement process direct. The operator prepares the unit, places the stack, lowers the measurement flag, and records the reading from the HMI or connected data output.

  1. Power on the unit and allow it to become ready for measurement.
  2. Calibrate with the included 7.09 inch calibration standard.
  3. Place the product stack between the removable stack guides.
  4. Lower the measurement flag to create a consistent top reference surface.
  5. Dual lasers measure and average the stack height automatically.
  6. Review the height reading on the HMI and transmit data for QC logging.
The measurement flag creates a consistent top reference surface so the laser system can measure the stack height reliably across normal product variation.
Production-ready hardware: The full unit brings the stainless enclosure, guided measurement flag, removable stack guides, HMI, and benchtop footprint together in one compact QC station.
